All claims or inquiries should be directed to the dental center or merchant providing the service.

The dental center is also regulated by the Public Hygiene and Health Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Health Inspection Bureau, Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation, Chinese Stomatological Association and Chinese Medical Association. The services provided comply with the relevant laws and regulations of local dental center.
  9. We may receive a referral fee or commission from the dental center or dental service provider if you are introduced by us to the dental center or dental service provider.
  10. The dental center only provides outpatient dental services and does not include emergency treatment needs. If necessary, you should immediately seek care from an emergency dental service provider.
  11. The information and content on this website are for reference only and cannot replace the professional advice or diagnosis of a doctor.     3. no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Total Healthcare Group or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

You expressly understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Total Healthcare Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any contents, other information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or personally identifiable information; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party in connection with any services; (v) the use of the website(s); or (vi) any other matter relating to the services.
