Examination Instructions

Health Examination Guidelines:

• The night before the examination, ensure you get sufficient sleep.

• Women should avoid undergoing gynecological examinations or urine tests during menstruation; please schedule the examination after your period.

• Fasting for at least 8 hours before the examination is necessary. Have a balanced diet the night before the check-up, with light meals and no alcohol, coffee, or strong-flavored beverages. On the examination day, skip breakfast, drink water moderately, avoid vigorous exercise, and maintain a relaxed mood.

• Pregnant women or those suspecting pregnancy should inform the staff at the health center promptly, as some test items may not be suitable or feasible (such as X-rays or cervical smears).

• The examination process typically takes 2 hours (including registration and waiting time), so allocate sufficient time.

• Wear loose, casual clothing on the day of the examination.

• For stool samples: You can collect the sample at home, or we also accept samples from the previous 24 hours. You can purchase a clean, sealed plastic container (available at most pharmacies) or obtain a sample container from the examination center in advance.
